Delivery

OUR FURNITURE DELIVERIES

When you place your order we will contact you to confirm all the details and provide an estimated delivery date.  Once your furniture order is nearing completion we will contact you again to arrange a suitable day and time for delivery.

 All our furniture is delivered personally by our 2 man delivery team who, more often than not, also played a vital role in making your furniture.  This means that we can absolutely ensure the safe arrival of your handmade furniture, put it in place in your home and perform any assembly that's required.

Our lead time for made to order items is currently 8 - 14 weeks.  

If you require something sooner then please enquire and we'll do our very best to help.  

We also have several items that are ready made and in stock which can be delivered sooner (usually within 2 - 6 weeks).  These items are marked as 'In stock for quicker delivery'.

All items in our Homewares and gifts collection are in stock and will be delivered via a carrier within 3 - 7 days.

FURNITURE DELIVERY COSTS

We don't hide the cost of delivery within the price of our furniture, instead we have a simple single delivery charge of £95 per order within most areas of mainland UK*. 

Smaller items ordered on their own, such as single chairs, stools and mirrors have a smaller delivery charge of £65 within most areas of mainland UK*. 

 *Delivery to locations that will take our drivers more than a day to reach and return to our workshops in Yorkshire may cost a little extra.  If this applies to your order we will contact you to confirm delivery costs.
